Your booking is confirmed only after we receive the required payment and send written confirmation. Providing accurate personal information is mandatory.
We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, or other approved platforms. Prices may change depending on availability and market conditions.
Travel insurance is not included unless mentioned. We strongly recommend comprehensive coverage for medical emergencies, cancellations, and luggage protection.
We may modify the itinerary due to safety, weather, or operational issues. If a service becomes unavailable, a similar alternative will be provided.
You must be physically fit for the trip. Please inform us in advance about any existing medical conditions.
Safarmads is not responsible for delays, accidents, or service issues caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, natural disasters, strikes).
Travelers must follow local laws and behave respectfully. We reserve the right to remove anyone who disrupts group safety or violates guidelines.
Travelers are responsible for securing all required travel documents. We are not liable for issues arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Agra.
